To help us maintain service excellence our minimum standard for all insurance employees must be at least ‘Cert CII’. Candidates receive full sponsorship towards achieving this and we actively promote continual progression for all professional qualifications.
We also sponsor staff in non-insurance roles to study for qualifications in their career area.
72% of staff hold professional qualifications and a further 4% are studying towards gaining one. Our Training Manager and Product Champions assist employees in meeting their own (and the company’s) professional development and career aspirations.
