We pride ourselves on being one of the few brokers that have our own experienced in-house Claims Team and are delighted to have been named Claims Team of the Year at 2016's UK Broker Awards

The Award ceremony which took place on September 16th in London celebrated the very best of the industry, with 17 categories designed to recognise excellence in all areas of broking from high net worth to individual and team achievement. 

Our claims executives have a wealth of experience in areas such as:

They are able to proactively control and manage the claims process, setting us apart from our competitors. We deliver active claim file management and regular case updates and reviews are undertaken.

All Bridge clients have at least one dedicated claims executive to ensure the personal service that we pride ourselves on. As well as tailoring our service to meet our clients’ individual needs, we have a good relationship with insurers to ensure claims run smoothly which is extremely important at those times when disaster strikes.

In addition, we can work with you on claims defensibility, focusing on delivering real reductions in both the number and value of claims. We have successfully introduced this approach to a number of client businesses and achieved spectacular results.
